Platform Architecture

Pluggedspace is a unified cloud platform built from modular layers that share a common identity, data, and governance model. Its products work together while remaining individually consumable.

Products & Systems​

  • Atlas — an enterprise Intelligence & Data Suite for automated data ingestion, natural-language and SQL analytics, pre-trained predictive models, and automated data pipelines.
  • BorderCash — a self-hosted, white-label Fintech Platform for cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, virtual IBAN/NUBAN rails, and Stellar USDC settlement.
  • Console V2 (Research Archive) — an Agentic Operating System & Orchestration Runtime exploring autonomous AI agent fleets, Human-in-the-Loop approvals, and policy guardrails (discontinued as a public commercial service; archived for research).

Core Architectural Layers​

  1. Identity & Access — Every organization gets an isolated tenant workspace with role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Analyst, Viewer) and workspace-scoped API keys.
  2. Data & Intelligence (Atlas) — Dataset ingestion, NLP + SQL analytics, pre-trained AI models, scheduled pipelines, quality validation, and versioned lineage.
  3. Financial Rails & Custody (BorderCash) — Multi-currency internal ledger, virtual account generation (EUR/GBP IBAN, African NUBAN), mobile money, and on-chain Stellar USDC settlement.
  4. Agentic Orchestration (Console V2 Architecture) — Reusable Skills, tool interfaces (28+ connectors), the Memory Bank (RAG vector partitioning), and out-of-band deterministic policy guardrails.
  5. Integrations & APIs — OAuth and API-key connections to third-party services, plus programmatic access for BI dashboards and custom applications.
  6. Security & Governance — Tenant isolation, domain locking for widgets, policy guardrails (limits, approvals, time windows), DRAC financial reconciliation, and full audit trails.
